According to a recent survey by US small business administration, almost 54 percent of the US households are engaged in some kind of revenue generating activity from their homes. Since the advent of the internet, making money from home has never been so easier. The choices are almost limitless which can include writing jobs, affiliate marketing or selling products on eBay. How much money is anyone's guess but IDC, a leading research firm, indicated that nearly 51 percent of the home business are generating on average $40,000 working from home. Accounting for 70 percent of all sales, women have capitalized on this opportunity by holding a lion's share of home based businesses.
